something I can manage on a daily basis... breathing. moving through the motions.
Things are improving all the time, its stilla roller coaster. We still live together mostly though we share using the back of my studio for a break form each other and form the kids. Love the studio, its so clean, very minimalistic and easy to relax there.
Home is still a mess, a real overwhelming chaotic cluttered mess. I truly believe it impacts on our mental health living like this.
I need to break it down into little baby steps to achieve organisation. I am off to hunt websites for tips (not flylady been there done that hated the emails!)
